I started my consulting business in 1979. It ultimately became Fidel Communications Co. Inc. For the next 40 years, we specialized in telemarketing, telesales and sales training for the insurance industry and others. I ultimately worked with some of the world’s leading sales people in the industry, helping them meet more good prospects and sell products and services to them. I learned from my clients as much or more as I shared with them. In the process, I got to to speak at the premier venue for insurance agents, “The Million Dollar Roundtable.”

During the last 40 years, my clients have sold hundreds of millions of dollars of life insurance. Their respective companies have paid out tens of million of dollars in death benefits, helping families stay together.

About two years ago, I decided to take my knowledge that has helped so many successful sales people set appointments and open and close sales and put that information in a book I called “Empathy Persuasion.” I have since expanded the book into two comprehensive courses: “Empathy Persuasion Online;” and “The Power Prospecting System Online.” The information that I have acquired and utilized during the last 40 years that I have been in business have become the building blocks of these two courses.

I am certainly not a so-called natural sales person, if there are such creatures. During my career, I invested well over $100,000 learning to sell and manage a business. My mentors include Dan Sullivan, Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar, J. Douglas Edwards, Kendrick Cleveland, David Sandler and Tony Robbins. I have adapted the best of what I have learned through the years and integrated that information into a system of selling that I guarantee will help anyone master the science of selling so that you can take it the rest of the way yourself and make it an art.
